Prior to your appointment

For Extensions and Lash Lift: Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not wear contacts.
You must lay still.
For Henna Brows: Please wash and exfoliate the brow area prior to your appointment. Please arrive without any makeup on and around the eyebrows and do not wear contacts. You must lay still.

After Care
​
Classic, hybrid and volume extensions aftercare:
Do not get the lashes wet for 24 hours.
No saunas, swimming pools or hot tubs for 24 hours.
Do not wear any makeup that contains oil around the eyelashes as this will affect retention.
Do not pull or tug at lashes.
Extensions will fall out sooner if you are swimming, sweat often and have oily skin.
If you require immediate removal of extensions please contact the lash artist.
Book your fill when you have approximately 50% of your extensions left.
Keratin Lash lift and tint aftercare:
Do not get the lashes wet for 24 hours.
Do not wear waterproof makeup as this is difficult to remove and will cause breakage and damage to your lashes.
Apply the Keratin conditioner daily to keep your lashes looking healthy.
Brow Henna aftercare:
Do not touch or get the brows wet for 24 hours.
Avoid putting makeup or lotion on the treated area.
Avoid sun as this will cause the henna to fade quicker.
